Aliza sleeping soundly Aliza
Aliza once had 7 ginger and white kittens. She is now desexed.

She meows very quietly, but eats noisily.

When she was a kitten, we came home once to find her with the cord of a bamboo blind tangled around her neck and body. Since that day we have been very mindful of loose cords.

Aliza can be a bit bossy, especially when settled on a persons lap. If they try to pick her up to move her she will growl and nip lightly sometimes.
She does not like her tummy to be touched. Its so white, and soft and very tempting to pat ... but we know better. It is funny to watch how fast a hand can move, when visitors don't know any better.

sitting and watching returning home Aliza is the most dog-savvy of the cats here, knowing when to keep calm and walk slowly around dogs and when to make a run for it.
She is over 7yrs old and still alive. Unlike Gayle and Black Cat. These two cats lives were taken by a dog who was living next door at the time.

Aliza is quite a good girl. She has shared her life with big dogs, little dogs, new cats, a ferret, a goat, free-ranging guinea-pig, rabbit, and pigeons. She accepted them all with no troubles.
Years ago we did once have some 'guppie' type fish which just vanished one by one. Still not sure who was responsible for that.
Aliza can be a wee bit cruel with mice, prefering to just play with them, then leave them still alive but crippled. Our other cats will half eat them, but Aliza is fussy.
