Kitten sleeping soundly Kitten
Before Kitten was spayed he was a real tom cat. Only home to wolf down a few mouthfuls of food, then gone again. He looked a mess also.

A vet appointment was made to have him desexed. We caught him the night before and locked him inside. He wasn't impressed and broke out via the flyscreen on a window. Luckily we were able to catch him a few hours later and keep the appointment.

The operation went well, but he had a reaction to the anaesthetic and was quite wild when we picked him up. Back home he behaved like a feral - hissing, spitting and trying to escape. We put him in a bedroom and left him to himself. After a time he calmed down.
his Mr. Evil look Today Kitten is like a new cat and happy to stay at home. He talks to us, follows us around and appreciates cuddles and attention. He has a personality humans can see, where as prior to the operation, we never got a chance to know him.

He loves his food, cuddles and headbutting and never bites or scratches people. Kitten is a sweety, but can be naughty.

He isn't as nice as Aliza when it comes to other animals. He likes to hunt and he doesn't care if its one of the family or not. Aliza can be laying out in the backyard and the pigeons will just walk around her and she wont bat an eyelid. But not Kitten. His prey drive sets in very quickly and he goes for the kill, unable to restrain himself even when a human is there to scold his actions.

Kitten gets on well with the other two cats, Aliza and Shayla. Though he has been caught bullying Aliza occasionally, when they are both out the front.
He doesn't really like dogs much, particularly Amber. This is partly because Amber has 'told him off' a couple of times for eyeing up her food.
